This is a Shelley China, England teacup and saucer, in the pattern of Harebell with a fancy blue border #13544 in the Chester shape with pale blue handle and foot and gold trim and was made 1940-1960. This is a lovely flat flask designed vase that was made for Gibson  Greetings by Otagiri of Japan.  It meassures 4 1/4 inches tall by 4 3/4 inches wide.  The design is of a tan bird perched on pussywillow branches.  The pussywillows are in a subtle shade of tan gold edging around the rim of the vase.  It is in good condition with no cracks or chips and the glaze is not crazed.  A beautiful small vase.$8 plus shipping.I need to know the zipcode to estimate shipping cost.
