This beautiful pitcher was produced by the Roseville Pottery Company. It is in the "fuchsia" or "fuschia" pattern which was only produced for a very short time in the late 1930's. It is green in color with green leaves, and brown and white flowers. The pitcher does have an ice lip on the spout. Absolutely STUNNING set of five mixing bowls, 5 1/2", 6 1/2", 7 1/2", 8 1/2", 9 1/2". These are pretty much perfect with no chips, cracks, or crazing and one exception that there is a linear line on the rim of the 6 1/2" bowl. I dont know if that line was made on there or something got too close. It is minute. These are marked USA. These were supposedly an unused wedding present stored away. Awesome crock cookie jar with all over blue sponge. On the neck is a band of heart and leaves. All decoration is under glaze, and the inside is glazed also. It has ripples inside that shows it was made on a potters wheel. This looks like a cake plate I have that is marked Marshall Texas but I can't be sure this is the same company because there is no mark on this cookie jar. It is very heavy but in perfect condition.
