Elegant gloss black variation of Camark's 1950s double swan planter in near-mint condition. Heavy gloss glaze inside and out, no cracks or hairlines. It measures about 7 inches high and is 7 1/4 inches long. A tiny nick on the tail of the smaller swan has been sealed with Ceramicoat and cannot be seen (unnoticeable to begin with, but we must mention it for the sake of accuracy). A beautiful 1960's pottery studio wall pocket, entirely hand crafted, not made from any mold, with a basket weave pattern into which the potter placed a old ring with patinaed metal leaves. The leaf ring appears to have been salvaged from an old chandelier or piece of furniture; a typical garland pattern on the back of the ring can be clearly seen in the photo of the back. The Watt five petal Starflower #15 Pitcher. Marked on the bottom but very difficult to read. Condition is very good, no chips, cracks or fleabites. Does have some very fine light crazing, hard to see unless you really look closely. Clean inside and outside with no discoloration. Measures 5 1/2"tall by 5 3/4" wide from handle to the tip of the spout.
