When I purchased this piece of Cleminson Pottery some time ago, I had absolutely no idea of its purpose or what it was supposed to hold! Since I listed this item for sale, a most knowledgeable Cleminson Pottery collector told me it is a cigarette packs holder or "Smokes Holder". California pottery lady figurine has all of the characteristics of a Yona or Ynez pottery piece. Then it also has the heart shape lips. Yona worked with Heidi Schoop then later did her own ceramics. This little lady wears apink dress has a bouquet of pink roses and a lacy shoulder trim of lace. Lace is for the most part in wonderful condition with just a very small area chipped off.
