I have displayed these unmarked McCoy duck planters on my kitchen window sill for years! There’s a green one and a pale yellow one – both are in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. They have lost most of the cold paint from their beaks and feet. Neat little planters perfect for a small cactus!

This is a pair of brown and yellow McCoy beauties from the mid 50's. They look like new, with a solid yellow interior glaze. I can find no damage to report. They were stored away for years. They measure 9 1/4" tall and 7 1/2" wide by 3 1/4 at the top opening. They are well documented in reference books on McCoy and both signed on the bottom. Offered as a pair because of the magnificent statement they make together.

Wow – what a pretty McCoy item – this is a triple bulb planter! The colors are gorgeous and planter is in excellent condition – no chips, no cracks, no crazing. It has a production non-glaze/color on one tip – that’s it!! Bottom is marked McCoy, USA. Super item that has obviously always been pampered – there is no evidence that it has ever held a plant!

This is wonderful McCoy Cookie Jar in near mint condition. It was made in 1947. This was an Estate Sale find wrapped in 1952 newspaper. There was a very old birthday card still inside. Measurements are approximate, 7" tall jar, 8" tall to top of "V" handle with lid on, 5 1/2" wide, 5" deep. It has a lovely handpainted floral in dark pink and green. Other than typical pottery flaws, it appears to be in near perfect condition with slight crazing.

Pigmy Mama & Baby Salt and Pepper Shakers -Unusual
click for details
This pair of Pigmy Salt & Pepper Shakers are made in Japan, probably in the 1950’s or so. They are very well decorated and of higher quality. One of the books show this Pigmy Mama with a different shaker, but we are pretty sure these are the correct ones. Nicely decorated and well marked. We would guess the Mama is the SALT, and the Baby Girl is the PEPPER shaker. Well done!!!

There are no chips, cracks or dings, some pieces have crazing (1 of the cups has a discolored craze inside bottom) – normal for this glaze and line. There are a few typical McFlaws – dark dot, etc. – usual production blemishes and not detrimental. Very nice listing!
