McCoy’s basket planters are so pretty and this one is exceptional! It’s a beautiful yellow color and is in mint condition – looks new and unused! Marked on bottom: 561, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Wouldn’t this be a lovely gift – just place a couple small potted plants inside or fill with a couple hand towels and scented soaps! Very nice item.

This is a very nice and difficult to find McCoy dinnerware item! From the pretty brown drip line, this is a covered margarine container (would also be a great candy dish). If you collect McCoy’s older flowerpots you’ll love this one! Made in the 1930’s, flowerpot measures 3 ¾” tall, 4 ¼” diameter and is the tan/brown color with green accent color on the leaves and berries. It has been used as intended and has some interior staining as well as some mineral deposits in drip saucer. This is a very pretty McCoy flowerpot from the butterfly line of the 1940’s! Flowerpot is a matte pastel aqua color, measures 3 5/8” tall, 3 ¾” diameter. Marked with overlapping NM, and USA. In wonderful condition with only “use” evidence being a ¾” superfine and tight interior hairline – like a pencil mark or a craze! Very nice addition to a collection.

THIS INTERESTING VASE PRODUCED IN 1956 BY MCCOY has lime green top and green bisque bottom. The measurements are 6 1/2" X 5 3/4". The top is in excellent condition. On the bottom row of basketweave on back side there is no dark green in the grooves and a tiny flake is missing from the glaze about 1/4" from the bottom edge.

GORGEOUS IS THE ACCURATE WORD FOR this large McCoy Centerpiece. It is considered one of McCoys's Floral Form Pottery pieces. It is ruby colored with dark grayish green at the base. Measurements: 12" X 6". There are some runs in the glaze (see photos) that I really think accent the beauty of this piece. TWO MCCOY LEAF WALL POCKETS! Here is a treat to find a lovely pair of McCoy Pottery Leaf Wall Pockets. They are cream in color with rose colored decoration. They were made in the mid 50's and have the McCoy mark on the back side. Condition is good with no chips or scratches, however, almost 50 years of hanging around has caused some crazing. One of the previous owners did put water in them, leaving water stained marks inside. MCCOY LOVERS BE ON ALERT!

McCoy's basket cookie jars are so cute -- this one is a basket of potatoes! Basket is a light creamy color with shiny glaze, lid is a bunch of potatoes with a bisque type finish. In great condition -- has a few interior craze marks, lid has 3 small (1/8") dings on underside -- not detrimental. Jar is marked on bottom: 0274, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Very nice jar!

Mint condition McCoy cookie jar! Shaped like a burlap sack, jar is a light tan color with shiny glaze. This is a large jar -- measures 9 1/2" tall (to rim), 11 3/4" to top of handle. Marked on bottom: 158, USA. Front has "cookies" in black letters. Jar has no evidence of "use" -- no chips, no cracks, no crazing -- it looks new! It does have a couple production non-color/non-glazes -- production and not detrimental in any way. Very nice jar!

Cute little unmarked McCoy duck planter! Little duck measures 3 5/8” tall (at tallest) and he’s an unusual color. He’s a pretty green color but his front half has a darker underlying color (extends back to his wings) while the rest is green. He has a couple production rubs (non-color/glaze) on one wing and one on his chest – they are production and of no consequence! The only “use” evidence I could find is a 1/16” glaze ding on rim edge – that’s it! Neat planter.

Very nice McCoy pink and blue covered casserole! Measures 4 ¼” tall, 7 ¼” diameter, and is marked on bottom: 1421, USA. The stripes/bands are evenly applied and casserole appears to have never been used – it has no chips, no cracks, no crazing! It has a 1/8” production pop in the pink stripe – it is not a ding or a chip – it’s production because the pink color extends inside of the pop. Excellent addition to a McCoy pink and blue collection!

This is a beautiful older unmarked McCoy vase! Made in the 1940’s, it measures 9 1/8” tall and is a rich aqua color with shiny glaze. This is a heavy vase, is a somewhat difficult find, and as with the other aqua vases we have just listed, it’s from my collection. It is not mint condition but the imperfections weren’t serious enough to prevent my purchasing it years ago! It has a ¾” super tight hairline at rim – it’s fine as a pencil mark or craze mark.
