Very nice McCoy green pepper cookie jar! This is the skinnier pepper (like the yellow pepper jar) and it has very pretty color – there are slightly different shades of green! Marked on bottom: McCoy, 151, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA. Jar is in wonderful condition with minor crazing – that’s it!

This listing has a super nice McCoy tee pee cookie jar! Marked on bottom: McCoy, USA, 137. The jar has excellent cold paint and is in wonderful condition – there is a ¼” slice type glaze ding on bottom edge of lid (not visible when on jar and not very noticeable when off) – that’s it! As with many of McCoy’s cookie jars, the lid does not fit snugly. This is a very nice cookie jar and an excellent addition to any collection!

Older McCoy pottery cookie jar dates 1961. THe old oaken bucket measures about 10" tall . Copper bail and the ceramic rope on the lid loops to make a nice handle. The cold paint on the barrel staves is worn on the edges but still looks good for a cookie jar of this style and vintage. The only flaw is a thin chip inside the rim of the lid. Which is not real noticeable because it's on the inner unglazed part of the lid. A nice cookie jar.

Very difficult to find McCoy cookie jar – “Clyde” the dog! Seldom found outside a collection and that’s where this came from – my own cookie jar collection. This is a super McCoy cookie jar! It’s the “Wish I had a Cookie” jar shaped like a well with lots of mold detail and lovely use of color. The only “use” evidence is a 1/8” glaze ding on a lid corner (underneath) and a 1/16” ding on lid’s inside ring – both probably caused by lid movement on the jar. Bottom is marked: McCoy, USA. This is a wonderful addition to a collection!

McCoy Little Red Riding Hood cookie jar. Aside from minor crazing in mint condition. About 14 inches tall and 9 inches around. I have been told that McCoy didn't make a little red riding hood cookie jar. This piece is clearly marked on the bottom with a authentic McCoy mark and is such a beautiful old piece. Excellent condition McCoy Woodsy Owl Cookie Jar! The only “use” evidence is missing red cold paint from the feather in his hat (not unusual as cold paint removes easily when wet). He has a few tiny glaze pin-pops on his hat (production and not detrimental) and very minor crazing. Difficult to find jar!

Produced in 1972, this is McCoy’s Hamm’s Bear cookie jar! Bottom is marked 148, USA and jar is in excellent condition – no chips, no cracks, has very minor crazing on his face. The top of one ear has a color rub/non-color – production and not detrimental in any way. As with every one of these jars that I’ve seen, the lid does not fit snugly. Again, this is production and is not detrimental. This cookie jar is a super nice addition to any collection.

This is a difficult to find McCoy cookie jar – the tee pee! Jar has beautiful color and is marked: McCoy, USA, 137. It has crazing that has darkened at bottom interior and exterior – not unusual and is caused by shortening used in cookies. The only “use” evidence is a ¼” slice type chip at the bottom edge of the lid (has been color touched-up so it is not glaringly noticeable). Jar measures 11 1/8” tall and retains the majority of the original cold paint. Very nice addition to any collection!

As with many of the McCoy items we’ve recently listed, this cookie jar has been in my collection for a number of years! It’s the upside down Panda jar made only 1978-79 and he has the original box. Jar is in excellent condition – I believe there were some flecks of missing black color (on feet) that have been touched up – it’s color only, the jar has no chips or cracks.
