Here is a lovely art pottery vase that was made by the red wing pottery company circa the 1950's-60's.This vase features a glossy gray glaze with a rust colored interior.Also featured are the fancy "leaf" handles.The vase measures 7 1/2" tall and is 5" wide including the handles.This vintage redwing vase is in really good condition.It is marked on the bottom #1353 redwing u.s.a.A nice addition for your redwing art pottery collection.

Offering this Red Wing vase No.1162. Red Wing ceased production in 1967. The vase has a beige background with light brownish leaves that also form handles. The inside is greenish or turquoise. Condition is near mint. Measures 9 inches high by 9 inches across with handles. It is marked on the bottom with the incised mark that identifies it as being produced in the late 1950's or early 1960's. Mark on bottom reads "1162 Red Wing U.S.A.". I have 2 Red Wing plates in the Lotus pattern.
One plate has two small chips on the backside
(see picture 2) but has no crazing. The second
plate has a hairline crack, about 5/8" long, on
one edge and has light crazing. There are a few
light surface scratches, but then they are from the 40's.

Featured for your enjoyment is a wonderful old flower frog from Red Wing Pottery. This is
shaped like a pair of angel fish with coral sprouting up from the ocean floor on the back side. It is
done in the ivory. The top fish has had its top fin repaired but with such a rare and unusual
flower frog this can easily be overlooked. It stands 8 5/8 tall by 4 1/4 wide. It has 12 holes
around the base.

This wonderful, whimsical bowl was manufactured by the Redwing Pottery Company around 1942. This line, which is often referred to as "peasant" or "dancing peasant" was only produced in a cookie jar, a munch jar and serving/salad bowl. Attractive 8.75 inch Red Wing vase with a leaf design and shaded turquoise color with charcoal to black speckled spots. It is marked on the bottom incised in the mold "Red Wing U.S.A. M1442". Red Wing Potteries which had gained world-wide fame and stature during 90 years of pottery production closed operations in August of 1967. The vase is in mint condition. Shipping weight is 3 pounds.

This vase is made by the Red Wing Pottery Company between 1950 and 1960. It was designed to hold an arrangement of gladiola flowers. It is in a semi-matte tan finish and is 12 inches tall. There is one TINY chip at the top of the vase (see photo). It measures 1/8 inch by 3/16 inch. Other than that, this vase is in perfect condition.
