Almost impossible to find... green with tan colors...from the WHEATONWARE collection circa 1972-1974.So at LEAST 40 years of age.
A wick is included inside--but I believe the wick is of another time...just not sure.
Bottom clearly marked with maker and design name.

This is a pretty circa 1942 to 1957, water pitcher in the Garden Flower, or sunflower design by Stangl Pottery on Trenton, New Jersey. It is red clay painted white, or cream color and decorated with yellow, gold, rust, brown and green colors and then glazed throughout. It is marked on the bottom. It measures 6.5 inches tall 9.25 inches handle to spout. This is a really nice 3 1/8 inch high Yellow Tulip Flower Pot made by Stangl. The Flower Pot measures 3 5/8 inches in diameter at the top and is signed STANGL Trenton, N.J. This is a truly wonderful piece that does have a hairline crack at the top edge. It is a hand painted very rich warm 22kt heavy gold gilded pitcher or ewer by Stangl pottery company in Trenton, N.J. circa 1958 to 1962. This is a large piece measuring 11.75 inches tall and approx. 5 inches across the widest part. There is no wear to the pitcher, just the hairline crack. It would still make a stunningly beautiful accent piece.

We are pleased to offer for sale a really great Stangl child's set. This set consists of a dinner plate and a 6" bowl. The set is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. Both pieces are free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. There are no repairs. The hand painting is exceptional.
