This is a very different little pottery vase. It is stamped (what appears to be) CONRAD into the piece on the lower back. This is a baby coming out of the cabbage head.I suppose it supports the old tale of babies being born in cabbage patches.It is a yellow head of cabbage,hand painted with the bust of a baby with a blue bow, and ruffley bonnet and collar. These wall pockets are 2 large cups. One faces left, the other right. They measure abot 8" across and are about 3 1/2" tall. They have a hand painted red flower on the front of each with green foliage and green sponge effect around the top rim of the cups. They are in pristine condition. These don't even have any crazing which is usually normal.There is no marks or stickers on the backs. The hand painting is under the glaze, not cold painted.
