An impressive Wedgwood Stoneware platter in the "Indiana" flow blue pattern. Made in Tunstall between 1862 - 1890, though the impressed mark dates the plate between 1834-1880 this platter is in very good condition with just some rubbing on the edge which is to be expected considering it's age. The lovely "Indiana" pattern is beautifully clear and flowing from it's outer border towards the centre of the platter. It measures 15 1/2" long X 12 1/4" wide and stands 1 1/2" high. Made in the 1960's this a lovely blue and white transfer ware plate from Wedgwood and the pattern is called "Avon Cottage". At 8" wide it boasts a beautiful deep rim border full of flowers and scrolls that frame a charming scene of a group of people dancing to the tune of 2 musicians by a lovely large cottage that has lots of trees in the background. It is quite charming and very good condition. It displays very well indeed!
