This is a wonderful vintage Dritz Dot Snappers Kit that appears to be a complete kit, including the instructions pamphlet with a 1946 copyright date. 9 Vintage US Navy Pea Coat black hard plastic anchor buttons. All are in gentle used but excellent condition except one. I put that one in the center.
