Neat sewing box made by Hommer Manufacturing Company of Newark 5, New Jersey, USA! It’s “marbleized” red plastic with clear plastic lid that shows two kittens playing with a ball of yarn. Box measures 8” x 6” (at bottom), lid is hinged and works great. It’s in super condition with minor scuff marks from use/storage – nothing detrimental! Adorable vintage sewing kit may have been military issue. When all put together it resembles a thermos bottle. It is the drab military green color. Consists of a thimble, the metal case. A pin that holds 2 wood spools of thread and inside the pin, the cap comes off to reveal a pin & needle storage. Measures just 3" tall.
