Oval-end handles, c1795 -- brightcutting and roulette work entire length of handle, block mono in I C in cartouche on front; 9" in length. Birds are a tad worn but spoons are in great shape, brightcutting still crisp, marks (M&R) as clear as the day they were struck.

2 heavy coin silver serving spoons about 8 1/2 inches long in a modified Kings pattern with scallop shell concave on front and convex on reverse of handle, shell drop. L. Veron & co, Philadelphia, ca. 1828-1841. One is in very good condition, the other has a bowl with a slight deformity and the handle has been slightly bent. Marked "L.VERON. & Co." in rectangle. Engraved "R" in script on the front of the handle. The engraving is faint on the best one and barely visible on the lesser one.

Marked "I [bullet] ADAM." in rectangle. Broad drop. Handle appears to have been slightly bent where fiddle meets stem, but you have to look closely to see this minor defect. Only the slightest bowl wear on the left. In very good condition.
