Offered is a rare, early and splendid George III English sterling silver toy spoon or miniature spoon (or possibly a snuff spoon), hallmarked for London, 1791 but without a maker's mark that I can discern. Often such miniature spoons were not fully marked, and were entirely unmarked in some cases. A large item standing 4 1/4" tall and having a base diameter of 2 1/4", this perfume bottle is German in origin. It is stamped on the neck with the national "crescent and crown" mark, "800" for the silver content (800 parts out of a 1000), and a "standing unicorn" emblem for the maker, Gebruder Kuhn.

An estate piece dating from the first part of the 20th century, the bottle itself is high quality cut glass fitted with a substantial all silver cap that is 1 1/4" high and 1 7/16" in diameter.... Click for details

Measuring 1 5/8" in diameter, standing 1" high, and weighing just over .7 T. oz., this plain band napkin ring is stamped "Sterling" and with the model number "11" on the inside. It is without a maker's identifier.

It has a matte finish surface with knurled margins and a bright cut leaf and scroll design.

There is a "TGM" script monogram in the reserve area of the engraved design, while the inside of the band is inscribed "From J.W.F. Jr. Dec. 25 '99."
