Here's the face of the Gerber baby on a silver plated, long-handled infant feeding spoon. Spoons like these were made in the 1970's and you could purchase them with Gerber baby food labels and have them engraved with your baby's name. This one is engraved: 'Benjamin 3-14-78' and was to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of Gerber. Back of spoon reads: "Gerber 50 years of caring 1928 - 1978." In very good condition.

Postage is included in price.

Pitman, who was trained by his dad, worked with his pop, and simply continued to use the "family punch." Son Pitman is listed in the Flynt & Fales tome on New England silversmiths, but no mark is attributed to him. This is it! Plus, probably, all the other marks attributed to Saunders. You can figure out who... Click for details
