This cute little collector spoon is from sweden and on the front is marked sverige. The top of the handle is in the shape of a crown with three mini crowns within. The back is marked sterling. It would be cute to use in tea or in a display.

It is a dark and stormy day in Boston (of course, we say "daaahk" here) and my photos are a bit dim but we soldier on. Top to bottom, a generously proportioned full figural Washington by Shepard, length 6", $175.00; next a scarce Gorham cast Lakewood FL pm spoon 5 3/8" with pine cone on handle, SOLD and finally Concord's own Minuteman statue by Watson, with crossed rifle handle, 5 7/8", ON HOLD.

This sterling souvenir spoon dates from around 1900 and depicts people strolling through the waterfront area of Juneau Park in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The skyline is in the distance. The handle top has an enamelled shield of the state. The stem is decorated with raised vines. Very nice. Excellent condition with a miniscule chip to the enamel that can only be seen with magnifier.

This is a wonderful silverplated British royal commemorative spoon made by Wm. A. Rogers, USA to commemorate the visit to Canada in 1939 of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth of England, the parents of Queen Elizabeth II. The spoon measures 5.25 inches long and has a great finial of their profiles in a laurel wreath. The stem is a lovely herringbone pattern. The spoon is in excellent condition. A great historical and collectible piece of royal memorabilia.

Gorham souvenir spoons have been described as miniature sculptures, and these are fine examples. Each one was designed by a New Orleans silversmithy, and cast at the Gorham factory. From top to bottom (see photo): demi with gilt bowl, five-o-clock spoon, round bowl Jackson Square (SOLD), all by A.B. Griswold & Co; sugar shell with gilt engraved bowl (rare) by A.M.
