Blackinton Azalia Sterling Jam Spoon
Silver: Sterling: Flatware
Old Friends
985f $ 30
At 5 5/8" long, this is the length of a sugar spoon, but the over-sized bowl (2 1/4" x 1 1/2") suggests it was meant for preserves or jelly. The pattern is Blackinton's Azalia, produced in the early 20th century. An ornate design paired with a very fancy bowl, this is a worthy representation of the Art Nouveau style. It is very light, however, and one would wish otherwise. This is in excellent condition and without a monogram or removal. Polishing wear is nil. There are traces of an origin... Click for details
