Large and Heavy Punch Ladle in Sterling

Made in Mexico (signed RRR), this 11" long punch ladle has a pouring spout in the cup part and a lip on the back of the handle for hanging off the side of the bowl or pot. The handle is adorned with a seed and pod design. Very much like Georg Jensen designs.

I have several of these highly desireable and collectible Christmas forks and spoons made by Michelsen and marketed through the Georg Jensen shops. Each is in excellent condition meaning that the gold wash is still present where it is supposed to be present and there is little if any signs of age or wear on any of the pieces. All enamelling, if any is perfect. This item is from 1957.

ON SALE!!! This is a great art nouveau design serving spoon that measures 8 inches long. I got it in England but it bears the marks of early Gorham silver company, US of the G, anchor & backwards lion for sterling. The pattern is called Louis XIV and dates to 1870-1890. It has a very decorative and ornate triangular finial with the script monogram of M.McG. The bowl has some light denting but considering it's over 150 years old it is in very good condition. This skillfully crafted sterling silver handled ornate art nouveau knife sharpener was made in England or the USA between 1880-1900. It has a 6 sided sharpening blade made of steel that was made in Germany but the handle was made in England. This is an silver plate ornate fish serving fork made by W.A. Rodgers Silver Co. that measures 8.5 inches long and is marked 1847ROGERSA1 and then a circle symbol. I don't know the name of the pattern. It has a fine script initial T on the back of the finial. It dates from 1900-1920 and is in very good condition. Shipping in the US by USPS first class envelope is $3.50.
