A large impressive sterling punch bowl with a wide decorative frieze with a grape vine pattern. This pattern is chased, which is a far more laborious process than embossing, and requires a heavier gauge of sterling. Has a 3-letter decorative monogram, FAM. In very good condition. There is not enough room to picture every aspect of this tray, which in itself is a rare article. There are 8 vignettes, 7 of which illustrate various birds such as Glory the Cardinal and Sammy Jay the Blue Jay in beautiful acid-etched rural settings. The 8th vignette has the child's name "Anna Deere Wiman". In addition there is some amazing acid-etched scroll-work in the corners.

Here is a beautiful sterling repousse bread tray made by the Baltimore Sterling Silver Company around about 1900 before it became the Stieff Company in 1904. The repousse pattern is of a very high quality and more condensed than usual. The condition is excellent with good detail to the decoration. No dents, repairs or monograms.

This sterling silver bowl is 10" across, stands 2 1/2" tall, and has a base diameter of 5". It weighs approximately 12.5 T. oz. It has a slightly raised, applied rim with a mult-lined border element. There is no monogram or monogram removal. The maker was Blackinton. It is a quality-made, mid 20th century piece that is in excellent condition. There are no dents or dings. The finish is lustrous. Marks are the Blackinton emblem, the word Sterling, and the number A164.

Cyma-curved top edge with a molded, applied rim on the outside. The mark is Black, Starr & Frost (retailer) with the 1910 year mark of Gorham. Another part of the mark appears to be an overstrike of the Gorham logo. Maximum diameter 8-1/2"; top diameter 8-1/8". Height 3". Weight 17-1/3 troy ounces. The monogram on the side is a large decorative script HEW. Overall and mark condition are excellent.

This brilliant cut glass bowl is 6 1/2" in diameter overall. The glass itself is 5" wide and is bordered by a 3/4" wide sterling silver rim. The glass is unmarked; the silver is stamped "Sterling" and has Wilcox's imprint for sterling. The piece likely dates 1890-1910. The glass is completely clear, and has sharp and well defined cuts. It is in impeccable condition, free of chips or nicks. The silver is likewise unmarred, has a fine surface, and is without a monogram or monogram removal.

Here is a very attractive sterling 'cow' butter dish with a decorated glass liner. I am sure the liner is not the original but it makes an aesthetic contribution. Made by and fully hallmarked for Martin, Hall & Co, of Sheffield, 1867. In very good condition and no monograms.
