This sterling silver cup stands 2 1/4" high, has a top diameter of 2 3/4", a reach of 4" to the end of the handle, and weighs 2.4 T. oz. It is model number 224 made by Gorham estimated c. 1930. There is a script "D" monogram on the front, and a pale gold wash on the interior. It is in very good condition. There are two slightly flattened spots on the bottom rim, and one on the hollow handle. Otherwise the form and finish is flawless.

This 13" diameter, 28.2 T. oz., solid sterling silver charger or chop plate was made by Tiffany, likely in the late 1940's. It is stamped with the pattern number 20350 (and 13"), indicating the design was put into production in 1925. It also has the distinctive "M" associated with Louis deBebian Moore, whose tenure was 1947-56, so its actually issue would have been during those years.
