Blackinton Figural Cigarette Case with Chain
Silver: Sterling: Smalls
Old Friends
593b $ 95
With roots tracing back to the 1860's, R. Blackinton has a long history. The firm is associated with an array of flatware designs that were popular, but do not today seem to command the attention of other designs of the period. In addition to flatware, though, Blackinton produced an array of silver and gold notions, novelties and dresser ware, and some of this work is quite exceptional. Such is the case with this solid, 2.6 T. oz., sterling silver cigarette case. Essentially a 3" x 2" x 1/2"... Click for details
