There is no date of manufacture for this piece. There is very little information on the Arrow Novelty Co. available. I do know they either manufactured or distributed "skookum" dolls and postcards (sometimes they were made from leather). This is a truly wonderful souvenir collectible. Unless you are familiar with Arrow Novelty or Multi Prod. items, it is very difficult to describe the material it is made from. It is like a puffy Syroco type material.
