This is a neat large antique medal made to commemorate the coming of age or reaching the majority age of 21 of a member of the English peerage in 1914. William Arthur Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, born 1893 became the Marquess of Litchfield then until he inherited the title Duke of Portland on the death of his father in 1943.
