This is a great souvenir Royal Commemorative plate from the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth (the present Queen Elizabeth II's parents)of England in 1937. It is 9.75 inches in diameter and is molded or pressed with beading on the reverse to produce the design. It is in very good condition with one small scallop chip, but no cracks or restorations. This jug or pitcher is 5 inches high and 3 inches in diamter and was created to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary of England (the present Queen Elizabeth II's grandparents) in 1935. It is a pale yellow ceramic with a molded profile of the king. There is a silver band that shows some wear, but otherwise in very good condition--no chips, cracks or restorations. This 10.75 inch in diameter ironstone plate was made by Mason's of Staffordshire, England in 1981 to commemorate the royal wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Di or Lady Diana Spencer of England. The bride was soon to be known as Princess Di. It is quite different with a colorful design and color portraits. It is mint in it's original box.
