Offered for your consideration is this great old carved wood duck decoy. I found him sitting on the fireplace at an estate sale in Norman, Oklahoma, and just couldn't leave him behind. I will tall you that I don't know anything about decoys so I will tell you what I see. It measures 14 3/8" long by 5 5/8" wide and 6" tall. Funny French satirical transfer plate making fun of the sport of hunting (La Chasse), an amusing collectible and great gift for the enthusiast of the sport. The caption reads: “-Pardon mon cher ami, je ne l’ai pas fais expres!” this means something like, “pardon me, my dear friend, I did not do it purposely!”Dating from about 1925, this plate is 7 3/4 inches in diameter and is marked on the back with the stamp for St. Amand Etablisements Ceramiques. Condition is excellent.

Third in the Ducks Unlimited series by great wildlife artist Terry Redlin. This amazing stein issued by Miller brewing company is titled Welcome to Paradise and features an old bait shop, and lake scene from Terry Redlins famous painting.Embossed trim and Miller Logo. Numbered in gold on the bottom and had its certificate that came with it when it was new. Did not come with a box. Measures 7 1/4" tall and is in pristine condition. I have 2 of these, price is for each.

This early Blue Bill Drake Decoy, with glass eyes, is from Cape Porpoise,Kennebunkport, Maine.It is 14" in length from tip of bill to tip of tail.It's lead weight has been removed but it still retains it's leather lead.The black paint is in good condition ; the white paint shows that it truly was a working decoy.Overall,It is in good condition. It would be a fine addition to any collection.

This is a extra long Wicker Creel purchased from a sporting dealer in Vancouver, Washington, many years ago. He dated this creel to the 1930's; this dealer had written a book on Creels, which I found to be extremely informative. The basket is 18" in length & is trimmed in leather.There is leather front & rear for appeal, as well as a fly wallet on the front. It is in excellent condition.
