Rare French Sports Plate Featuring Le Foot Ball: Soccer

Rare French transfer plate showing a man watching a group of boys or young men playing "le foot ball" which is the like American soccer. This is a theme one does not see often on these plates, which date from the early 20th century. This one was made by Digoin & Sarreguemines, probably in the 1920's. It is in excellent condition. Diameter is 7 7/8 inches.
