This particular item also bears the date symbol for 1902, along with model number B1100, Sterling and the Gorham lion, anchor, G. It measures 2 3/4" x 1 3/8" x 3/8" and is engraved "FWC" in script. This is an antique Staffordshire, England matchstriker and match holder with incorporated tray dating to 1890-1900s. The creamware match striker match holder combo measures 3.5 inches high by 5 inches in diameter and has the remnants of gold trim, most of which is worn off. The match striker match holder is in excellent condition. There are 2 under glaze manufacturing firing cracks on the base which is very normal for this age and material and are not really considered flaws.
