Here is a vintage Windsor Japan brass cigarette lighter. It is about 2 inches high. It does have a flint and sparks, just needs some lighter fluid. It has a relief of polo player on a horse on the front. It looks like it is brass because it shined up with brass cleaner. It is in excellent condition. Email if you have any questions.
