In the foreground is Mount Rushmore and our mighty Statue of Liberty... and waving over and above all is Old Glory. The board is made of wood, perhaps a thin presswood and boxed in a nice 1 1/2" deep frame. No identifying marks on it. Overall size is 18 1/2" x 18 1/2". It does not show any "wear"....
