This interesting card shows the zeppelin over a German town with it's route superimposed on the photo. The Graf Zeppelin shows on the ship's side. The route Los Angeles to Lakhurst to Friedrichshafen to Tokio shows as a line on the superimposed map. Below the photo is printed Historische Erste Weltreise des Luftschiffes "Graf Zeppelin" (L.Z. 127) in 20 Tagen Landung in Friedrichshafen am 4, September 1929. Not sure if it would be considered dinner or luncheon plate. It measures slightly over 8 3/4 inches. I believe the pattern is Dubuque by Buffalo China. Please see photo # 2 for the complete backstamp. I've always thought there were stamped numbers or letters below the backstamp that has been worn away. A wonderful collector plate for train lovers. This is a wonderful old advertising thermometer for Golden Glow Brewing Company Oakland, California. Sellers of beer & ale. Appears to still work. Has a picture of a sailing ship and the brass case is in the shape of a ships wheel. There are 2 of the little brass pegs missing. Foil face is a little rippled, but not bad.

Remember when every rear view window had a bobbing head dog or a hula dancer? This is the little puppy, made of flocked molded plastic to give it that fuzzy look and feel.Needs to be cleaned. Good condition other than a skinned spot on the flocking on the front foot. Appears to have glass eyes. Measures about 3 3/4" tall and 6" long.

Made in West Germany, this nice beer stein has old world maps of the northern and souther hemispheres. Probably nautical chart maps because of the compass and clipper ship design also. Real pewter lid. Stamped OLWE West Germany, and some other German words that is blurry, and I can't make out. Measures8" tall to the tip of the pewter finial over the handle. Perfect condition.

From Avon's transportation series, this 1979 stein is in great condition. Heavy ceramic, with lots of detail made by Ceramarte in Brazil for Avon. Depicts old antique cars, and has a pewter lid in the shape of an old wire spoke wheel. Stein measures 9 1/4" tall to the top of the finial on the pewters handle. A great gift for the car buff. Perfect condition.

A nice item for the train memorabilia collector. Made by Ceramarte for Avon in 1982. This stein is quality made, and has a pewter top which is in the form of a locomotive wheel. Stein measures 8 3/4" to the top of the handles finial. This was a part of their transportation series, and the design depicts all styles of old trains from the past. Excellent condition.
