Railroad China item, Made by Syracuse china, in the desert flower pattern. Marked 6-11 Syracuse china USA Union Pacific R.R. This little plate measures 5 1/2", and thought it may have been a saucer but there is no well for the cup. So I am assuming it is a dessert plate or beread and butter plate.Wonderful condition with the exception of a light crows foot stress crack. Displates nicely and still useable.

Offered today is 7 1/2" square plaque commerating the 10th Anniversary of Conrail dated April 1, 1976 to April 1, 1986 made by Balfour in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Condition is excellent except tearing on the back side. Most of the black paper is there. This, of course, does not show when hung for display. There is a hole for hanging. The decal on this 3 3/4" high perfect mug has a trolley car on railroad tracks pulled by two trotting horses. Nice detail showing driver and little boy in front, passenger's inside and man waving on rear of car. Wear on gold, decal and glaze look as if the mug has never been used.
