This is a neat retro item – it’s an unopened dusting (after bath) powder by Dorothy Perkins Company, St. Louis! The container’s graphics are so pretty.

As noted, it has never been opened – has powder puff, is 8 oz., and per container, the fragrance is “Old Lavender”.

The powder is in the original Dorothy Perkins container but it has been placed in a Dorothy Perkins Woodspice box.

This vintage ink pen and stand are signed Florenza. Pen and stand are a lovely antiqued gold finish. The pen measures 4 1/2 inches long, and the round, cushion shaped gold plated stand has three small tassel feet. The ink is dry or the pen is empty, so it will need a refill. This cut crystal perfume bottle is geometric shaped, as is the stopper. Simple large cut crystal facets lends to its beauty and simplicity. Perfect condition, ground glass stopper. Another evening bag from my vintage handbag collection! This one is silver color metal mesh, made by Whiting Davis, measures 6 ½” long (at longest) x 4 ¼”. The interior has a couple small dots – that’s it. The metal closure is marked/stamped “Made in U.S.A., Whiting & Davis, 2891”. Handbag is clutch style. Very pretty!
