Offering this great looking pair of matching ballpoint pens that are in their original red leather like hard case. One is marked Arpege, the other Chanel No.5. Each had been scented and there still is a hint of the perfume on each. The filigree on the bottom section of each is 14K gold. Each pen measures approx. 5-1/4". Fine late Victorian English brass postal scale with malachite base by the renowned firm of Sampson Mordan & Co. These are particularly handsome because of the malachite which sits atop a larger piece of black marble. Looks great on a desk. The Hero Shanghai Pen Company was founded in 1933. So it isn't a coincidence that their mainstays resemble old Parkers. The 616 is an aeromatic fill pen that has been made for years.
