This is a difficult to find McCoy cookie jar -- the "Cork" lid jar!
Jar is a pretty creamy color with top 1/3 being dark brown and has shiny over-glaze.
The lid looks like a large cork and has a bisque type finish.
Jar measures 8 1/4" tall to rim, 9 1/4" from bottom to top of lid. Marked on bottom 178, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.
Jar is in wonderful condition with a couple craze marks on bottom -- that's it!

This listing has lovely and difficult to find McCoy items -- a matte white flower bowl centerpiece with matching candle holders!
Made in the 1940s, these items have an in-mold leaves with a lily (?) design.
They are in wonderful condition with some typical McFlaws -- stress marks, pin pops, and the flower bowl has some tiny dark specks under the glaze.
I examined these items very closely and the only thing I could see that may be "use" evidence is a 1/16" flea bite on rim of... Click for details

This listing has a lovely figural item -- the flying birds planter!
Made in the mid 1940s, planter is white with shiny over-glaze. Front has two in-mold swallows that still retain approximately 90% of their original cold paint.
Bottom of planter is marked McCoy.

Although beautiful, vase is not in perfect condition. It has a few very small glaze dings on flower blooms and one bottom corner has a slice type chip. THE BUTTERFLY SHAPE VASE FROM MCCOY'S BUTTERFLY LINE OF THE EARLY 1940's IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! THIS ONE IS WHITE, MEASURES 5 1/2" TALL (AT TALLEST), 4 1/2" WIDE (AT WIDEST). The largest fish measures 6 1/4" long (at longest) and 6 1/2" wide (at widest). The two smaller fish measure 5" long (at longest, and 5" wide (at widest).

This listing has 3 honeycomb type fold-open tissue red bells! They have been used and are not bright red -- appear to be faded but the color is uniform so I'm not certain.
Two bells measure 12" long and have "Made in U.S.A." impressed in their cardboard. The other measures 10 1/4" long (bell part) and is 12 1/2" long counting the cardboard at top that has "Merry Christmas" on it.

I will describe this Christmas table topper very briefly because you have to see the photos to appreciate the beauty of this vintage handmade item!
It is made of a heavy weight felt material, is a soft white color and scattered around are hand sewn stars with bead centers.
There are 4 large applied felt "ornaments" that are decorated with beads, leaves, etc. and each ornament has a velvet bow "hanger" with round glass ornaments.

These are neat vintage items -- a pair of electric candles made of hard plastic!
The candle "holder" is dark brown (like wood) while the "candle" is red with wax "drip" at top.
You add the bulb color of your choice -- I put in the yellow/orange color ones to make certain the lamps work -- and they do! Including bulbs, candles measure 13" tall (top to bottom).
Bases have little cord slots in back and also on one end -- convenient. Very nice items, very different!... Click for details

There are 2 silver color and 2 multi-color -- they're in great vintage condition having only a few damaged beads.
