Lighthouse Glass Paperweight
Art Glass

Everyday Things
M-5641   $99.00

I am not sure if this is a paperweight, bookend or what. It is hand cast. If you will notice in the center, there is a 1/3" recessed area, and I am not sure if there is a purpose for this. I bought it about 3 years ago, just because it was beautiful, but as it was not new when purchased, I am not sure of it's age. Lighthouse Glass is still listed as in operation, although since Katrina, they may not be. It is approximately 7 1/2 inches in height and 6 1/2 inches in width and weighs 6... Click for details

One gallon Hoosier style jar with metal screw on lid. I said "style" because, I don't know if this in one of the original Hoosier jars. I have no idea of the age, because it was bought at a church rummage sale around 10 years ago. The cow is just a decal and was on the jar when purchased. I have no idea if it came from the manufacturer this way, or the previous owner added it to match their kitchen motif. There are no chips, cracks or breaks to the glass and the lid has no dents and removes... Click for details

Extremely thick milk glass in a chalice or goblet design. No manufacturing information. 6 1/2" in height and 4 1/2" across the top. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. I photographed it tilted to show a couple of faint dark streaks on one side. It had been packed in newspaper for over 10 years and at first I thought it would was newsprint. A light soda rub didn't remove all of it. So far, I can't get the camera to pick up the area. I will be glad to provide additional photos. I need... Click for details
