I hate to admit this, but after being sure this is plaster, I start second guessing myself. The print is from A. P. Co., Chicago and has a stock number of 791. It measures approximately 15 x 8 inches. This appears to be the original frame. There are some small areas of loss of ink. The backing will need replaced or at least secured to protect the print. The hanging device is an old piece of wire and 2 thumb tacks.
