Japan China Woodberry Butter Dish
Pottery and Stoneware

M-6236   $21.00

Japan China stoneware. Woodberry Collection is the style, not the pattern name. I am not sure of the pattern name, as I've not been able to find an exact match. The design on the knob of the cover is rather distinctive and should help identify the pattern. No damage to either piece. I will be happy to provide additional photos for identifying purposes. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.

I always thought this was a soap dish made as a promotional item from Palmer creams and lotions, but when I started trying to find information on the piece, I realized that Palmer Mfg. Co. is involved in producing foundry equipment. I really don't know what this is supposed to be or it's age. Although, I thought it was a soap dish, I never used it for one, but bought it because I liked the way it felt in my hands. It is appears to be a cast aluminum material. It measures 5" in length, 4" in... Click for details

Hammercraft Griddle
Kitchen

Everyday Things
M-6226   $49.00

Vintage 10 inch griddle with wooden handle and hanging loop. The griddle is quite heavy duty. The back of the griddle is unusual in the way it is made and displays well hanging. There are tiny dots of discoloration on the cooking surface. I bought 2 of these at an estate sale about 15 years ago and they were so covered in residue that it took me months to gently remove the grime. I never use hard cleansers and depend upon ivory liquid or baking soda to clean my pans. I moved shortly after... Click for details
