Measures 4 1/4” tall and is in wonderful condition. The only evidence of "use" is a super tight 1” hairline that is visible on interior. Flowerpot is sound, rings “true”, and is perfect for using as intended and will provide many, many years of enjoyment.

McCOY POTTERY -- "NO HUNTING" BIRD DOG PLANTER
Pottery and Stoneware : McCoy : Planters and Flower Pots

Lin's Antiques and Collectibles
2992   $250.00

click for details
Another beautiful McCoy “No Hunting” planter! This item was purchased at the same estate sale as our item #2991 planter. This one has richer coloring – greens are darker and the “No Hunting” sign still has its original cold paint. Planter is in wonderful condition but as sometimes happens between viewing the item and actually purchasing it, the bird sustained a very light glaze ding (in the edge of the blue color). It could be easily repaired, color touched-up, or just enjoyed as is... Click for details

McCOY POTTERY VINTAGE IVY TEA SET TEAPOT CREAMER AND SUGAR
Pottery and Stoneware : McCoy : Dinnerware

Lin's Antiques and Collectibles
2987   $175.00

click for details
This is a lovely McCoy tea set – ivy teapot, creamer, and sugar!

Each piece is marked McCoy, USA and set is in wonderful condition.

The only “use” evidence is on the sugar – it has 2 super tight ½” hairlines (they look like craze marks). Each piece has crazing that is very common with this glaze and color. Teapot’s pour lip has a ¼” production flake-off on rim edge – of no consequence and definitely production as it has color and glaze.

Very nice!

McCOY POTTERY RED ROSE AND WHITE CAMELLIA CANDLE HOLDER / CANDLE LAMP
Pottery and Stoneware : McCoy

Lin's Antiques and Collectibles

McCoy’s candle lamps are so pretty, decorative and functional!

This one has 2 handles, the vase is a soft white color with many brown “speckles” and has a red rose and a white camellia with green foliage.

Lamp is in excellent condition – has a production stress on bottom (underneath) that is of absolutely no consequence; a typical McFlaw!

It measures 12" tall from bottom of lamp to top of glass chimney.

McCOY POTTERY -- FAT FROG PLANTER
Pottery and Stoneware : McCoy : Planters and Flower Pots

Lin's Antiques and Collectibles
2981   $45.00

Produced in the 1950’s, this is a really cute McCoy planter – a fat green frog! He’s the brighter green color frog and has in-mold leaves and berries on his back. Mold detail is excellent – can see all the “bumps” on his skin. Planter is in wonderful condition – has a 1/16” ding on a front toe and a 1/16” ding on a leaf – that’s it! McCoy’s frog planters are becoming difficult to find – this one’s neat!

Knowles Orange Flowers Plate
China : American

Everyday Things
M-1055   $9.00

This lovely Edwin M. Knowles 7" plate is trimmed in 22 karat gold. I have tried to find the pattern name (even Replacement China has it listed as a number as opposed to a pattern name). The backstamp is of a ship in green. I believe this backstamp was changed in 1940. It is numbered as 37 7 which I believe is manufacture date of July, 1937. I have many pieces and some of them have a 1938 date. It is also noted on the back that they are union made. I hope the photo will show the deep... Click for details

Yamaka Fruit Plate

Made in Japan. The snack plate measures 9 1/4" and has no chips, cracks or breaks. They appear to be hand decorated, although I can not say for sure. There does not seem to be any paint loss. It looks as if the orange does, but all of the plates are like that and I suppose that was the manner in which they were decorated. There are no cups, I always just used a simple white tea cup with them. There are 3 available. Need zip code to calculate postage.

Vintage Wrought Iron Stool

I always thought this was a soda fountain stool. There is a bit of paint spilled in spots on the seat and a few drops on the legs. It probably could be cleaned off, or if one wished, it could be repainted. I originally bought it for a plant stand, but none of my plants ever lived long enough to display them, so just used it for a stool. Actually, it is quite comfortable as a seat and would look nice with a homemade tie-on cushion. It does look really great with a fern. I am not sure of the... Click for details
