Kitchenware - Crystal Glass Knives
Glassware : Depression

The Glass Cupboard
MG39   $25.00

click for details
These glass knives were made during the 1930's. Glass knives were advertised as not discoloring when cutting acidic foods like tomatoes (Remember, knives were all carbon steel at the time and turned dark from the acids in different foods.) All of these knives are crystal (clear) in color. The flower handle knife is 8 1/2 inches long and has it's original box. The star handle knives are 9 1/4 inches long. The blades are all in good condition - ready to be sharpened and used again. I have 2 leaf... Click for details

Everlast Aluminum Candle Holders
Metalware

Everyday Things
M-4316   $69.00

The aluminum holder measures 6" across and when the globe is in place measures 7 1/2" in height. The globes are an etched floral design. One globe is damaged on the rim, and at one point I considered replacing them. I decided against it, since I believe these may be the original set (there is a faint greenish tint of older glass). If that is the case, I would prefer to have the damaged original rather than an undamaged new set. Of course, this would be the choice of whomever purchases the... Click for details

Copper and Aluminum Chafing Dish
Metalware

Everyday Things
M-4313   $79.00

The set is all hammered aluminum and copper, including the handle and knob on the lid. The width of the actual pan (not including the handle) is 10" and the height is 7" (not including the lid). The hammered motif is carried through on all pieces. There are no dents. The copper insert bowl needs cleaning with a good copper polish. In fact, the whole set needs to be polished by somebody who knows how to do it properly. I have tried to show in photographs the true condition, but would welcome... Click for details

I believe this line was a Lurelle Guild design. This is the 1 1/2 quart size. It is is without dents and chips to the handle or the knob on the lid. The ring in the handle is secure, as well as the knob on the lid. The handle to the pan is tight with no damage. Some superficial scuffy marks. This particular pan was featured in magazine ads in 1954. If you have any questions, please email. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.

Mikasa Beaux Salt & Pepper
Dinnerware

Everyday Things
M-4312   $22.00

click for details
These Mikasa Terra Stone shakers are 6 1/4" in height. The original stoppers are in place. I was only planning to list the pepper shaker for sale due to the damage to the salt, but since this is a very difficult pattern to find, I am including it. The price is based upon the lone shaker. The salt shaker is usable, but there is a hairline crack on one side. Other than the afore mentioned problem, there are no chips, cracks or breaks. The finish seems to be intact. There are some...
