The lid is missing. White trimmed with single green line and decorated with gardenia and green foliage. Do not confuse this with the ivory Whitfield which is the same pattern except the body color is not white. FYI: This pattern was used by Wyatt Cafeteria and shown in advertisements for Moore and McCormack Steamship Lines. I didn't find any chips, cracks or scratches. There are a few tiny spots - not dark which might come out but I was afraid to do anything about them. I have done much harm... Click for details

McCOY POTTERY -- VINTAGE STRAWBERRY COUNTRY TEAPOT
Pottery and Stoneware : McCoy : Dinnerware

Lin's Antiques and Collectibles

Very nice teapot from McCoy’s Strawberry Country dinnerware line!

This is the larger size of the two sizes produced for this line and is marked on bottom: 1418, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.

Teapot looks new and unused – absolutely no evidence of “use”. It has a few typical McFlaws – pin pops on lid and two tiny non-color/glazes on lid edge – production and of absolutely no consequence to use or to appearance!

Very pretty teapot!.
