Completely handpainted -- NOT a transfer print -- in mint and emerald green, completely outlined, rimmed and flat-beaded in gold. Absolutely exquisite 8-1/2" porcelain plate with antique, early 20th Century mark of Bawo & Dotter, Elite Works, Limoges, France red overglaze mark; and "Elite France" green underglaze mark.
