This is an antique dresser / powder box made in Germany between 1900--1940. The top is a porcelain half-doll in the likeness of Madam Pompadour. It is 7 1/2" high with a base of 4 1/2" x 3 1/2". The colors are crisp and bright with no chips or repairs. There is some crazing to be expected in a piece from this era. The bottom is stamped Germany. This would be a lovely addition to a doll or powder box collection.
