This is a lovely MUSICAL BOX FIGURINE. The music still plays, just twist the base. It plays "The Hills Are Alive With the Sound of Music". It plays a little slowly.
On the bottom it reads SANKYO made in JAPAN. This looks old to me but I don't have any idea of the age. There is a chip (circled in red on the photo) (see photo)
