It is just a type of pliers to hold a fish's mouth open while you extract the hook. It is made of cast aluminum and measures 8" long. The handles were painted red but the paint has worn off with use. This is the Storm Big Mac Fishing Lure--new in box-- but old. Original box and cover. 7 1/2" long. This is a "must have" for some collectors and fishermen.
