This is the "Great Lakes Bulletin" newspaper from the U.S. Naval training center at Great Lakes, Illinois. The date is April 13,1945. The headline is "Death Claims President Roosevelt". This is the complete original newspaper as far as I can tell. It has been folded in half for many years but otherwise it is in good condition. There are a few tiny holes along the fold and some pages but it is in good shape for paper, lasting 66 years.

This is a 1950 B Ten Dollar FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE . This note is from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. It was signed by Priest and Anderson. See photos. You can judge the condition for yourself. (It is almost uncirculated.)

This is a beautiful set of five $1 Silver Certificates, 1957-B , signatures of GRANAHAN/DILLON. This was the last series of $1 silver certificates issued. These bills are crisp, uncirculated. The bills are consecutive numbers. Thanks for looking at Lemon Tree Treasures.

This is a set of 2 collector's plates for one price. The first plate is a decorative, vintage, 6" plate of New Mexico. Great condition. On the back of the plate it says--"Design Patented".

The other plate is 4" in diameter. On the back of this plate it says "NICO, Made in Japan. Handpainted". This plate features Carlsbad Caverns Park in New Mexico. It is in very good condition.

Here we have two complete sets of novelty western salt and pepper shakers. Both vintage. One set is a delightful ceramic cowboy hat set. Very good condition. There is a TINY chip on one hat. See photo. They measure about 3" x 1 1/2" tall. The second set has the word "Texas" on one side with a Texas long horn and a cowboy and horse on the other side. A good way to show your Texas pride. It measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". Ceramic. Both are extremely cute...

This is a beautiful vintage 3 dolphin figurine. It looks like bronze, however, it is made of polyresin. It is 3 dolphins playing and leaping in the water and features the waves. It stands 7 1/2" tall x 4 1/2" wide at the base. It would look nice in a bathroom with bronze fixtures or sitting on a shelf or desk. Do you know someone who likes dolphins ? This is a vintage 3 strand- beads, faux pearls,crystal glass gold/topaz-white colored necklace. Melon shape beads and many different shapes, sizes of beads. There are 6 crystal beads. I am guessing it is from the 1960s. Metal clasp, not marked. It came from an estate sale. Very showy piece. Nice vintage / retro item.
