Unused-still in the original packaging. It comes in a white box with instruction. Chrome. This is a great old style lift arm flint and lighter fluid lighter distributed by R. J. Reynolds Company in 1997. It measures about 1 1/2" tall and 1 1/4" wide. Interesting addition for your collection.
