Vintage Japan--- blonde little girl planter vase . She is wearing a hat with spaghetti/coleslaw trim. Handpainted. She has a sweet face with delicate features and ruby red lips. Approx 5" tall and about 4" wide at base. She is adorable . Excellent condition with no chips. I do not know the age but I guess it is from the 1950s.
