Depression-Era Glass Covered Elephant Trinket Dish

I think this glass elephant trinket or candy dish is depression-era glass but I am not sure. I would welcome any info. on that. Brilliant cobalt blue color elephant dish. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks that I can see. The top is removable and the bowl or dish can be used for a trinket box or candy dish or container. You don't have to be Republican to appreciate this elephant. Anyone would enjoy this cheerful brilliant blue elephant. It would make a great gift. His trunk is up so it is supposed to bring the owner good luck. It measures 8" long and 4 " tall.
