TO PURCHASE Send a e-mail to me at 229_treasures@sbcglobal.net indicating your payment method along with your address so the shipping cost can be calculated and so I can verify the availibilty of the item(s) and instructions will be sent back to you. RETURN POLICY I try to accurately describe each item in detail giving as much information as I can. What I list is older items and if there are any defects I will point them out to you in the listing. I want you the customer to be satisfied, if you feel I did not describe what you have purchased you must notify me of pending returns within 3 days of receipt and return within 10 days in the original packaging. I will refund purchase price excluding shipping cost. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED I accept paypal, money orders and cashier checks. I ship out within 48 hours after receiving payment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION I will hold item (s) for up to 3 days when requesting information on item (s) and will hold item(s)for up to 10 days waiting for payment. After 10 days item(s) are no longer held and returned to stock unless arragements have been made and agreed upon between both parties I pack very carefully, but if you should receive an item damaged - please keep the original box and wrapping and contact me immediately so that I can get the proper form's and help you file the insurance claim. |
